“Very good”

The staff is not good, why they didn't return back my passport once after check in or check out, beside my mobile phone is always active. I need to spend the taxi for 1000 euro in order to send my passport from Lourdes to Barcelona since every time I called them, they said they didn't have any solution which made me very disappointed and decided to send it by taxi, I think they also didn't feel any guilty. I hope they will not do the same mistake to other guests and show more professionalism in future.
