“Exceptional”
Liked: The breakfast spread had a lot of choices to satisfy every dietary need. We would like to thank the young man at the reception desk who was kind enough and patient enough to accommodate our wish to change our room.

“Nothing to complain..”
Liked: Kudos to the staff, there are all professionals and friendly. Bed is super comfy enough space for everything including the bathroom Super clean. Breakfast is superb.
Disliked: There is a construction nearby it was a bit loud. We know the property has nothing to do with it.

Liked: Location, staff and the breakfast
Disliked: The hotel is a little dated, and the parking is located about two blocks away, although this was only a minor inconvenience. The main drawback was the lack of air conditioning. With temperatures above 30°C (86°F), the room became quite warm and uncomfortable, even though a fan was provided. Overall, the hotel was very clean and well maintained, but both the building and the rooms show their age and could benefit from some updating.

“Kind hearted people in the very heart of Prague made our stay feel amazing!”
Liked: We loved every minute we spent here! The personnel (especially Arsenius and Iryna) is incredibly considerate and supportive and their recommendations proved to be very useful. We have taken some of the best pictures in the hidden gems they showed us how to reach. Their generosity is also amazing and they really know how to make guests feel really special! We love it and we're definitely coming back!!! ❤️

“Wonderful staff and a convenient location, but too many practical shortcomings for the price, especially no air conditio”
Liked: The staff were excellent — extremely friendly, helpful and always willing to assist us. Definitely the best part of the hotel. The hotel and rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and the location was convenient. It is not right in the very centre of the Old Town, but we could easily walk to all the main places we wanted to visit.
Disliked: The biggest issue by far was the lack of air conditioning. We stayed in August and the rooms were extremely hot. A fan was provided, but it simply isn’t a substitute for AC, especially considering we paid around €700 for our stay. The rooms are rather small, and our bathtub had no shower screen or curtain, so the bathroom floor got wet every time we showered. There is only one lift for four floors, and it was out of order for several hours. When we arrived, there were not enough key cards available, so during the first day someone from reception had to come upstairs to open our room. The following day we received only one card per room. Free parking is offered, but it is more than 500 metres from the hotel and is essentially an open, unpaved area rather than a proper car park.
