“Loved the location, staff, and room with a view!”
Liked: Loved the room: comfortable, clean, well-appointed, with a lovely view of the canal. Very good location in the heart of the city with plenty of bars, restaurants, markets within walking distance. The staff is excellent! So helpful and kind. Really world-class.
Disliked: There is a lively terrace next to the hotel, so just be prepared if you stay during the warmer months when the patrons lounge late into the evening.

“Exceptional”
Liked: The staff was friendly and professional, the rooms were attractive and convenient for a family of four. Our overall experience was wonderful.
Disliked: The breakfast was a little underwhelming, compared to the quality of the rest of our stay.

“Amazing location.”
Parked at the hotels private underground facility a short wall from the hotel. We were upgrated to junior suites, which are apartment sized rooms. Location is right in the center, by the canals. Nice staff and it was a perfect holiday kick-off for our group of two couples holiday. Nice Breakfast at the café next door. Will gladly return.

“Comfortable apartment in ideal location.”
Liked: Excellent very helpful staff, especially with bike storage. The apartment was very comfortable and well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing to think of - a note; the stairs were very steep, fine for us but would be a problem for less mobile travelers.

“Beautiful hotel in a beautiful city.”
Liked: What an amazing property. Right on the canal. Our room was so fun and comfortable. We were provided beer and water in our refrigerator. We had access to the elevator which was the best!! It was a great stay. This town is amazing. We wish we could have stayed longer!
Disliked: Parking was a little tight. We managed and we were thankful that the hotel offers parking.
