“Great place to stay for short or long trip”
Liked: The service was impecable! Great hotel, with nice views, great food and an awesome staff. Sedat, Jacob and company were amazing hosts and help to make my stay better than I expected. Also, the location is very good!

“Average motel, you can get much better deals than this”
Liked: Nice breakfast rooftop
Disliked: Worst value for money I have seen recently; noisy small room. The hotel is more like a 3 star motel than a real hotel. Make sure you don’t stay on the first floor, very noisy, no view. The photos are misleading

Liked: I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Momento! The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the overall service was excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making the stay even more enjoyable. Everything was well taken care of, and the attention to detail really made a difference. I truly appreciated the hospitality and felt comfortable throughout my stay. I would highly recommend Hotel Momento to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
Disliked: I honestly didn’t have any negative experiences during my stay. Everything was excellent, from the cleanliness and comfort to the friendly service. I was very happy with my experience at Hotel Momento and have no complaints. 😊

“The location is top and very nice breakfast!”
Liked: The location is excellent. We received a very warm welcome from Yacob upon arrival. He took the time to explain everything and show us how things worked. His hospitality made us feel very welcome. For me, Yacob deserves a perfect 10 out of 10!

“Excellent”
Photos attached are from the rooftop bar. Ask for top floor room when booking, view not so great from lower floors. Double glazed windows shuts out the traffic. Excellent location for using public transport. Amazing pressure in the shower! Excellent location for hardware enthusiasts.

Liked: I stayed at Momento Golden Horn Karaköy as a solo traveler, and it felt very safe and comfortable. Special thanks to Sedat, Harun, and Sinan for being so kind and helpful. The hotel sits on the main road in Karaköy, with easy access to the tram, ferry, and taxis. I highly recommend it.
Disliked: Breakfast can have more food spread and options
