Hotel Muse Bangkok, Autograph Collection

All best spot by walking distance Big room

Liked: The property was beautiful and the staff was exceptional, from the doormen to the reception. The rooftop bar has gorgeous views and unique cocktails and the restaurant is absolutely gorgeous. During my stay, it was my husbands birthday and Hotel Muse surprised him with a decoration of our room and a very thoughtful card. We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely return:)

Liked: Service is good

Disliked: No enough lights

It’s kind of retro maximalist design, so the room is not that easy to maintain. Room feels a bit less clean. But the lobby, pool, bar and restaurants were beautiful. Staff was extremely helpful.

Liked: Only the location and size of the room

Disliked: The lighting inside the hotel, the towels for the bathroom are very bad and need to put new towels. The hotel need full maintenance because it’s very old and they need to make the hotel more bright it’s too much dark

Recommended by a friend because the station is close. Footsteps and conversations can be heard well at night. A large TV is placed directly in front of the window, making it hard for light to come in. The English proficiency of the receptionists is low. However, For breakfast, only once during the stay, two people could eat for the price of one. It was a decent amount. Right next door is a Thai massage place, which is good. It's a 7-minute walk to Silom Station. From there, you can go anywhere. A short walk away, there’s a 7-Eleven and a department store, making the location good.

Liked: Price,Location, the room size, Vibes and the amenities was great

Disliked: I wasnt clean when i first got the room have to make them clean it again the towels and coversheet had a smell so i had to ask them daily to change.

Excellent location. Walking distance to Siam area. In a quiet street. Dark theme looks great but rooms abit too dark due to the colour scheme used. Hard to put makeup and hard to work from room in the evening under dim lights
