“Exceptionally clean hotel right on the beach with amaizing staff!”
Liked: Great location, right on the beach, public transport from the Airport (bus stop) right at the hotel, breakfast really good, tasty and very fresh. The room (no 232) was super modern and clean with a beautiful sent in the air which is quite unusual. Bed comfortable. Huge balcony stunning view to the pool and the sea, coffee machine with pod was great, mini bar full of drinks. I have never seen a hotel as clean as this one! Congratulations to all the hotel staffs who made my stay super good! Especially the breakfast team who surprised me with a little cake and singing for my birthday. Another surprise from the management for my Bday with a voucher for Balinese Spa day with 2 glasses of champagne. Big Thank You for making my short stay so memorable!. The pool area with the live DJ was super good. Always clean and pleasant to stay. Plenty of sunbeds with umbrellas. The heated pool with the Jacuzzi was my favorite thing. I definitely would love to return.
Disliked: As everything was super good I cannot say anything negative about this hotel and its stuff!

“Acceptable”
Disliked: Really bad experience. The pool area closes at 7pm sharp, and they send you away, even from the lounge chairs. It is beautiful out until about 9pm, so this means if you do an activity on a day you can’t swim after. Also no towels provided. You can rent(!) them for a steep fee. Hotel is a party dump for young germans. The whole pool area was unenjoyable due to them goofing around and using the space like their private area. Staff said nothing. At one point a guy asked me to leave the jacuzzi because he wanted to lay across it. Again, staff said nothing. Beds were very uncomfortable, lumpy and small. Also, two singles pushed together, but moved at the slightest movement so there was no chance of them staying together (we slept in two singles pushed next to eachother for our vacation basically as a result) despite specifically requesting a queen. Room had sand all over the floor following cleaning but that was just icing on the cake. Do not go here.

“Excellent!”
Liked: RGB Lightning in the room. Shower and toilet was separate. Spacious room and great balcony with rocking sunbeds. Generous breakfast with lot to choose from.
Disliked: Water refill station was to far from my room. It was not a big deal but as i drink a lot of water i had to go there often.

“Excellent stay in a fun, friendly beach resort, with a great beachfront pool, restaurant and winning service.”
Liked: What a fun place right on the beach with a beautiful beachfront pool. The room was comfortable, clean and well maintained. The staff was welcoming, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was diverse and delicious.
Disliked: One small detail, don’t charge for pool towels in a hotel this nice. I might suggest as in another hotels if this caliber, add the deposit if necessary to the room and hand out the pool towels when you check in so that you’re not asking the guest to return to the front desk and fumbling for deposit once you’re already the pool.
