“Fantastic location and lovely staff”

Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Nice Riviera. The lady at the reception was lovely, accommodating and very welcoming, the location was perfect, and the pool was a great place to relax. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great start to each morning. Would definitely recommend!

“Outdated”

The location of the hotel is the only good part. The room is very out dated. The bathroom is outdated. It needs a major renovation. Housekeeping issues. Front desk staff is great and friendly but overall definitely not a 4 star hotel. It’s a 2.5 star in my opinion.

“Good location!!!!!!”

Liked: We liked location Bed was comfy. There was a pool but, we didn't use. Too busy being out and about. Free water in reception to re fill water bottles is good

Disliked: The rooms were a little old. Just need a refurb. The pool system is odd. You get 1 hour a day which you have to book in for. Just found this strange. Did not use as too busy sightseeing and being on holiday. So not too sure how busy it was..and if they really need a 1 hour only time frame!

“Horrible and expensive”

The hotel is run-down and old. The air conditioning is very noisy, and it is obvious that it hasn't been cleaned. Every element—the lobby, carpeting, mirrors, bathroom, floors, and the room itself—requires a major renovation. The breakfast is unappetizing and stale; furthermore, the juices are just water mixed with syrup from a dispenser. There is an extra charge for the pool after the first hour. The price of over *** for four nights speaks badly for itself, given the quality.
