My very first time in Vietnam in February I stayed at Nikko. My second time in Vietnam just now I also stayed at Nikko. Best experiences ever. Top quality service, very attentive if you need anything on phone, extremely kind and supportive. Shout out to Raymond Le. Both times at Nikko i met him and he was always very friendly and helpful. Every time I go to Vietnam, I will be staying at Nikko

The location is a bit ambiguous, but since I used Grab to get around, it didn't matter. It's a hot and humid area, but the accommodation was very clean and nice. The breakfast was delicious, and there was even a sauna. I plan to use it again next time I go.

The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices, with high-quality Vietnamese, Western, and Japanese cuisine. The noodles, such as pho, and egg dishes that are cooked on the spot were especially delicious. The club lounge has delightful sweets available for tea time that can be enjoyed right after check-in. The quiet atmosphere allowed me to relax and unwind from my travel fatigue. I would like to use it again.

Stayed at Nikkon for three nights, had an amazing experience. The staff was kind enough to upgrade our room to higher floor and give extra benefits for honeymoon trip.

Disliked: We have booked two rooms at Hotel Nikko Saigon from Sep 21 till Sep 28. First, we requested a hotel closed to Bui Vien Walking Street and night life action. This hotel is wrongly advertised its location. It is far away from all tourists’ places, and the only way is to catch a taxi to go anywhere. Secondly, we got overcharged. We booked two identical rooms, the first room for two guests including breakfast we paid $ 1,461 and the second room for one guest we had a deal to pay $ 1,391 instantly plus $ 41 for breakfast per person at hotel. We accepted the deal and we paid the full amount. When we went to hotel on the first day, we asked to pay a further $ 41 as requested which was deducted as pending transaction on the first day. However, on the last day, they requested us to pay $ 287 for breakfast for one person. We explained that the deal is $ 1,391 plus $ 41, but they claimed that they meant $ 41 per breakfast which makes the single room $ 1,678 more expensive than the double room with two breakfasts! This is a scam, and my advice to be very careful in all Vietnam.

Disliked: Staff attitude, supposedly hotel policy. On Booking.com, the price for a Club room for two adults and one adult plus one child age 12 was the same. The club room staff and manager tried to charge me more for two adults. I had to argue for nearly an hour to convince them it was not so. Then they said it was Booking.com’s mistake, but out of the goodness of their heart they decided to waive the extra charges! WTF! Another example: tea and coffee was provided in the room, but no fresh milk. When we asked for fresh milk, we were told that would constitude room service, and there would be a charge for the milk!! This hotel nickels and dimes guests! The food in the club lounge was ho-hum. Sometimes food left over from afternoon tea was left for there fir evening happy hour from 5 pm to 8 pm.
