“Very Disappointing Experience – Not as Advertised on Agoda”

My experience at Hotel Arul Jyothi, Coimbatore, was extremely disappointing. The room was nothing like what was shown on Agoda. It was old, poorly maintained, and not clean. The listing mentioned that the room had a TV and that free breakfast was included. Although a TV was provided, it was broken and unusable. There was no free breakfast available at the hotel, despite it being clearly mentioned in the Agoda listing. I booked this hotel based on the facilities and information advertised on Agoda, but the actual experience was completely different. The hotel did not meet even the basic expectations of cleanliness and promised amenities. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless the management improves the room conditions, cleanliness, and the services advertised. Please make sure the facilities listed on Agoda are actually available to avoid disappointing customers like me.
