They asked us to pay more because the app price was supposedly too cheap. Ridiculous. We paid anyway since we'd already booked for two days. Room was dirty, bathroom was dirty — definitely not recommended. 👎

First and last time coming here... won’t be back. I booked through an app at a price of ***... when I arrived they asked me to pay extra to make it up to ***... fine, I didn’t want to argue. But when I entered the room, wow, it was filthy — lots of spider webs. The bathroom water was yellow and the bathroom was moldy. On top of that the mattress was very uncomfortable; you could really feel the springs in your back, so I had to fold the blanket several times to avoid too much pain while sleeping. I hope it gets better in the future — it’s a shame for people who have already paid and don’t want to go through refunds or look for another hotel because it’s late.

price didn’t match the app — they insist on 150k per night. So if Agoda shows 100 you have to pay an extra 50, if Agoda shows 90 you have to add 60. Even if you use an Agoda promo voucher they don’t care — it must be 150k per night. far from everything, and the road there is pretty bad. the bathroom water was very yellow, cloudy and smelly. They provided a large used bar soap with hair stuck to it. The toilet couldn’t flush — you have to pour water in, and even then it clogs and smells. the bed creaks when you move during sleep, and it’s damp.

Staff not friendly, the AC remote wasn't allowed to be brought into the room after use and had to be left outside, had to look for the TV remote myself, bathroom dirty, water dirty, room floor dusty.

Location is far, the roads to get there are in poor condition, and everywhere you want to go is a long way away. The bathroom drain was clogged, there were no clothes hangers, and the room didn’t match the photos. ❌ Put them on the blacklist if possible.
