We didn't stay there due to the property is under construction

Cons we faced 1. The biggest thing we did not liked was, they denied to check in. We argued at the reception and spoke with agoda customer care for nearly 1 hour, after only they allowed to check in. 2. No drinking water facility. 3. No proper person at the reception. The reception was empty all the time. 4. Bathroom was terrible, bad smelling. Not cleaned, even there is no hot water available. We felt like vomiting. 5. They did not provide wifi password even after multiple requests. 6. There is no power backup. We stayed without electricity till 6 pm, no fan, no lights, nothing. After that we again complained then only the power was resorted. 7. Bedsheet was very dirty. Pros: 1. The location is good. Easy connectivity to prime locations. 2. Room was ok ok (2 out of 5) Overall it was not a good experience at all. I don't recommend this property to anyone.

Owner not follow agoda booking and online booking Request agoda to blacklist this hotel. First time facing such bad hotel. No word to describe it.

Room and especially bathroom was extremely dirty.

The experience was extremely disappointing. You can easily get far better rooms—even in cheaper areas—than this place. No parking facility at all, which is a major inconvenience. The rooms were not cleaned properly and felt very unhygienic. There was a broken chair in the room. No light in the washroom, making it very difficult to use. The bathroom fittings were rusted and poorly maintained. No water for flushing in the toilet. I had to use water from the shower to flush, which is unacceptable. Even the shower water was coming like a very thin thread, with extremely low pressure. Honestly, you will get far better rooms, pillows, and bedsheets even in roadside/red street lodges compared to this. Overall, a very poor and uncomfortable stay. Not recommended at all.
