“Bad experience”
The staff weren't very friendly; when asked politely they gave a rude, condescending look and compared us unfavorably. This is the last time.

Cheap room, the glass-top furniture is old. There’s a hole at the edge above the glass top that drips water. AC is cold, staff are super friendly, food and laundry are available at the hotel so you don't need to go elsewhere, and they're cheap.

I am a guest who should be respected. I'm not a child who needs to be messaged on WhatsApp all the time. I can be spoken to politely, not by being driven away!!!

At first they gave me a room with an AC that kept turning on and off. When I complained they moved me to a room with a normal-working AC. The service was really great.

First time staying at this hotel — I saw mostly good reviews so I decided to try it, even though the road in is narrow through a residential lane. The staff are very nice and friendly, and the front desk really is open 24 hours. A plus is the small canteen where you can order via WhatsApp and have food delivered to your room at low prices. The room is spacious and clean, the bathroom is clean, the water works fine, the AC is cold, the TV works, and they provided soap and clean towels. The area feels safe and isn’t too noisy; it’s also cool because there’s a tree in the front yard. It was great — I’ll stay again sometime.
