“Worst and pathetic experience”

My stay at this hotel was one of the worst and most pathetic experiences I have ever had. The authorised person openly stated that they do not entertain online bookings and do not provide proper facilities to guests who book through online platforms. If the hotel does not want to accept online customers, then why should consumers suffer after making a legitimate booking? The most shocking part was that basic amenities such as towels and other facilities were not provided. When we questioned this, we were arrogantly told to either continue with the booking or cancel and leave. What kind of customer service is this? Is it the consumer’s mistake to book through an authorised online platform and then face such discrimination and poor treatment? This experience was completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and extremely disappointing. Hotels should treat every guest with respect, regardless of whether the booking was made online or offline.
