Hotel O Idola Residence

The spray is dirty, it smells a lot, lots of mosquitoes, the bathroom is disgusting and wet.

The building was hard to find, the location was off and there was no name on the front. When I entered the room it was nothing like the photos, dirty and dark. The corridor was dirty too. I won't come back.

The room was fairly clean, but the bathroom was pretty disgusting (really dirty). I don't know about the other rooms.

The hotel should have dealt with the problem immediately: my booking had not been registered with the hotel even though I (the guest) had already reserved and paid for the room. There was an order code and proof of payment, but we were made to struggle to check in because the room reservation had not been entered into OYO’s system. What worries me is that not one person from the hotel tried to ease the situation — give assurance so we wouldn’t worry, or calm the guest with something like a welcome drink or at least a reasonable explanation. Instead the receptionist and hotel staff were indifferent. They only offered a solution after about two hours, after I was exhausted, overheated, and thirsty. The facilities and cleanliness were very poor (broken shower, sheets and blanket not changed). Even if the price is low, don’t mislead us with the profile shown in the catalog — it feels like the hotel is lying to customers. One more thing I don’t understand: when we checked out we were charged an extra IDR 12,000 even though I didn’t damage or remove anything from the hotel. In short, the operational system at Hotel O Idola Residence is very bad. This is for your attention.
