Hotel O J&b Room Pramuka

after I paid with the app and arrived, I was asked to pay an additional 130,000 for the room + a 100,000 deposit this is not consistent with what’s on the app. please follow up on my complaint. thank you

I booked 4 nights but I not stay there 20 minutes no one go there is very bad hotel in my life agoda put pictures different and hotel is different rooms no toilet wash water can't flash out no towels no soap very bad and I complain agoda give me back my money

Disliked: يجدر الإشارة انه فندق قديم ويظهر عليه من واجهته وابوابه ومرافقه وفرشه واتمنى ان يتم تبديل الفرش بجديدة كل فترة لاحظت في الفرش الاتساخ وتغير اللون

There was a female staff member who seemed masculine, with no manners at all. When customers asked her something she answered carelessly with a sour face — far from friendly.

This is the first time I've been fined, and it wasn't my fault. When I opened the room door it already smelled like cigarette smoke and the power outlet for the electric kettle was dead — I thought it was just not working. At check-in they didn't give me towels and the TV had no signal, but I didn't make an issue of any of that. So why was I fined at check-out for cigarette smell and a dead kettle outlet? It was already dead when I first entered. I'm a smoker, but I never smoked in that room from the moment I checked in — in fact I didn't even bring cigarettes. I refused to pay the fine, because why should I pay for something that wasn't my fault.

The hotel was really terrible and dirty. I was very disappointed staying there — the water flooded and leaked. Hotel O J&b Room Pramuka (OYO) was truly filthy.

Charged a deposit of Rp100,000 + 3,000. The Rp100,000 deposit was fine, but what's the Rp3,000 for? Besides that, the room did not match what was on the app.
