“Bad experience”

Location is best, air conditioning working well but staffs are very rude on the reception, they are asking more money even booked online they don't know how to respect the guests. Trained staff should be on reception, hope management will consider the issues..

“I already pay on agoda but when I arrived to check in she ask me more money”

i had a terrible experience with this hotel. Even though I had already paid the full price online through Agoda, upon arrival the hotel demanded an extra non-refundable payment of 40,000–50,000 IDR, claiming the prices on Agoda were outdated. On top of that, they demanded an additional 100,000 IDR as a security deposit. To make matters worse, the room was in awful condition—the bed was broken and the bedsheet was torn. Charging hidden extra fees for such unacceptable room quality is completely unfair, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid staying here

I asked to clean the room but they said they clean it every two days in a week, the lamp is not bright, the bathroom is smelly, and the staff is also unfriendly, we 're afraid to see them and the breakfast also terrible!

“They charge more cash if you book online”

I book online from agoda and pay online when i came here to. Check in they force me to pay more cash for check in other wise they said me to cancel the booking and agoda also not help customers for this problem they say may be this is service charge or anything like this. But the property cleary say that we want more money in cash if you want to saty here because in agoda our rates show low we do not accept agoda rates we want more money
