Buat mas ramdoni yg tbtb nagih denda check out padahal gada pemberitahuan apa2 karena beres2 barang, ga banget moga duit dendanya berkah
Gave the hotel a 1-star rating. The lobby is full of cigarette smoke from both employees smoking, the bathroom door cannot be locked, there are no towels or soap, the water is not hot, the bathroom is slippery, the blanket is full of stains, and the TV cannot be used.
1. Slippery bathroom floor 2. Only very liquid/liquidy body soap is available, other bathing supplies are not provided 3. Towels are no longer white and smell "strange" 4. Slippery bathroom floor 5. Bed sheets are somewhat brown 6. Pillowcases seem like they were used by previous guests (smell) meaning they were not changed 7. The doormat is very dirty/black + brown 8. The TV is not functioning at all 9. There is no trash can 10. Cheap tissue is not available in the room 11. I'm done staying at hotel "O" group especially in Jakarta.

The room is actually quite good for the price, but cleanliness is very lacking, the bed sheets are not changed and smell bad, there is still dirt in the toilet, and the door is damaged and could easily trap someone inside.
Its a so-so, but its just ok
