Terrible experience, as we weren't let to check in as they didn't find our booking id and they was no staff for 1 hr and we tried calling them and agoda support multiple times and got no support

I've stayed here multiple times Rooms are not that clean, wifi also didnt worked few times.

1)No fan 2)No AC 3)NO WIFI HOTEL HAVENT PAID WIFI BILL 4)NOT CLEAN FUNGUS AND DUST ALL OVER ROOMS 5) TERRIBLE HOTEL SARROUNDING 6) NO SLEAP BECOZ OF traffic outside 7) blankets and pillow covers never changed and holes all over 8) Hotel dont want to refund at any cost 9) no proper lights and sockets 10) faulty lock door and taps 11) its not one room ita all the property 12) smoking and alcohal smells all over room and property sarrpundings 13) no lift 14) language barrier and manager dont responding 15) i booked for 2 days not able to stay more than 1 hour 16) bed bugs and insects are additional bonus Pathetic hotel...please dont book with out seeing hotel directly

This is my honest review to protect the innocent people from getting deceived. The worst experience I ever had. Initially, when I went to check in the front office guy rudely denied my booking and told me that it was updated in his system… I had to call Agoda Customer Care and waited for an hour him to a lot me an Accomodation… 1. If you have a car, parking is not available in the next 100 meters and not safe too… 2. No lift and the rooms are so congested in the second floor… 3. Extremely horrible duvet and bedspreads, not washed for months… 4. No water supply in the toilets early in the morning and I was forced to use Kinley water for my toilet needs for two days at a stretch… Absolutely 0% Maintenance, there is no one to take charge, if there is no water, you have to wait until the in charge guy switches on the water pump motor on his own accord… 5. Very rude staff, if you don’t know the language, you are gone… 6. The Furnitures are all broken and they will try to claim it from you, if you are vulnerable… 7. Worst bathrooms ever, all the time there was water logging and they do the house keeping only once in three days… 8. So unfortunate that I was forced to stay because Agoda could not help me with the refund…. My situation was pathetic to the core…

Initially there were no staff in the reception and we had to wait for like an hour to get room keys which turned out to be a key of the room which was already confirmed by other then again we called the customer care they asked us to wait for 10 min and finally after 20 min they came,they alloted another which turned out to have both fan and ac but in worth enough to give some air.so we had to sleep in the heat alnigth. I recommend not go for this stay.

Together time was nice here. We enjoyed it and staff were friendly.

We counted on them. They delivered on promises every single day.
