let the stars speak — my stay there was great for 2 days. Clean, fragrant, seems like a new building? Very comfortable, and the staff were also friendly.

the location is close to Pasar Baru and places to eat, etc., but I got a room on the 5th floor and the AC wasn't cold at all, the TV wasn't connected to the Wi‑Fi so it couldn't be used, and the water heater was also not working. overall, for just sleeping for one or two nights it's okay because the room is fairly spacious, there is a wardrobe, and it does have a TV.

Dapet kamar yang ok, AC dingin, tapi pas bgt lagi ada renovasi jadi cukup berisik tapi ya ok lah krn masih di lt2 jadi ga seberapa kedengeran, cuma Keganggu aja sama disebelah kamar berisik banget nelpon teriak2 pintu dibanting2 gajelas

They must have switched properties because anyone thinking this is 4 ⭐ is high....this is a dump of the highest order. To top it off the 2 at the front desk had the worst attitude I have ever encountered in my 30 years of traveling....I immediately booked heef 100 meters away and far superior

If you want a comfortable, clean, and respectful place to stay, I do not recommend this hotel. We arrived early that day. The hotel is located on a very noisy avenue and the surrounding streets are quite loud. The front desk area is very small, and when we arrived there was construction in a narrow corridor inside the hotel that only allows one person at a time; the drilling noise was loud and there was a persistent unpleasant smell in the air. Because the front desk area was so cramped, we had to stand outside on the hotel’s open space and wait in Jakarta’s heat and noise. We waited for more than three hours. Around 1:50 PM I asked again if we could check in early, but the front desk staff insisted we had to wait until after 2:00 PM, even though there were only a few minutes left until 2:00. After checking in, the smell in the room remained. The sheets and duvet didn’t look clean. That night my girlfriend and I barely slept; we developed some red rashes and small bumps, and there were mosquitoes flying around the room all night. What was even more unacceptable was the next morning. Around 9 AM when we walked past the front desk on our way out to eat, a female staff member kept urging us to check out. Her English was limited, but she repeatedly demanded that we leave. After 10 AM she even came to our room to ask when we would be departing. At normal checkout we expected the process to be simple, but the staff accused us of smoking in the room without providing any evidence, which delayed the checkout and the return of our deposit. We had to wait by the door and ultimately missed our pre-booked Grab. The most disappointing part of the whole stay was not just the cleanliness, noise, and environment, but the front desk staff’s communication style and attitude. We understand the hotel has check-in and check-out policies, but even so, issues should be handled in a more professional, reasonable, and respectful manner. This was a very poor stay. I will not stay here again and do not recommend other travelers choose this hotel.

The room was decent, but the motorcycle parking was cramped. Also one of the male staff tried to make a scene when we checked out, claiming there was a bloodstain — even though the stain had been there since yesterday. Check-in and check-out were made complicated with a signed agreement form. Won’t be coming back... that’s it.

It was nice being in your hotel, beautiful location, very friendly staff and clean facilities.
