“Worst hotel with zero ethics”

The hotel is worst in this area. They exploit customers by denying basic amenities. There are mouses all over the place with cockroach and other bugs. Itinerary clearly shows with breakfast but they say they are not capable of providing it, complain wherever you can

When i arrived the location, i couldnt find the hotel. The hotel name is now Moody Hotel. I was searching the contact detail of this hotel, i couldnt find the contact detail. On Agoda site also, the contact detAil not mentioned. Though i booked the room for 3 nights,, i have checked out next day. I am complaining to Agoda customercare..i used to trust Agoda site for providing good hotel. But they are failing. Fake information on site is very dangerous.
