Hotel O near Politeknik Negeri Bandung formerly Frank House

The room lights are dim, the sheets are dirty, the shower in the bathroom is broken for washing, the shower nozzle is detached. There is no parking for cars. I decided not to stay here, please improve so that visitors do not feel disappointed 🙏🏻

The reception is unfriendly. The room is dirty with cigarette butts. The bathroom floor is peeling. The mattress is hard and feels like metal.

First, I got a room that smelled like cigarettes, then I moved, but the mattress was very uncomfortable, and I felt like complaining but was too tired. It was also less clean, had a dirty atmosphere, and was poorly maintained. It's such a shame because the front of the building looks nice and homey. I hope in the future the facilities will be improved and cleaned properly. It's okay if the price goes up if the quality is good.

The water is small and it's hard to take a shower, the bed is also not tidy.. then at night the staff seems to disappear when I needed help.. I had to book another hotel.

The phone is inactive, the staff is unavailable, the service is poor, cannot check in 24 hours, the place is far in the remote area.

Early check-in or late check-out, no problem here... Flexible and hassle-free, nice place.

The main purpose of staying here is if you have work in the Cimahi area, suitable for those who want to stay long, not just for transit, very homey.

The private facilities received are proportional to the price offered. In my opinion, this place is the best in the price range of 100-120 thousand per night... Please compare.
