“There is no hotel by this name they cut your calls too”

“Scam”
There is scam by the hotel staff...if book room by any app that not sufficient for this hotel and ask for more money.....plz not go there

“nothing is better in this hotel from Room to staff”
Very bad experience with reception Staff.. The name of the hotel which is shown to us is not exactly that name when we go there.. and taking time to find the hotel and at last movement i know the hotel name is changed.. the rooms are not so good, bad smell, lift is not working, its not hotel, its is a headache to me

“Shit hotel”
Liked: I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was extremely poor — the room was not properly cleaned, the bed sheets were dirty, and it felt very unhygienic to even sit or lie down. The washroom was in terrible condition, with the toilet flush not working at all, which made things even worse. On top of that, the AC was not functioning, making the stay very uncomfortable, especially in such weather. Despite these basic issues, the staff showed no urgency in fixing anything. What made the situation even more unacceptable was that the hotel staff demanded extra money beyond the booking amount without any valid reason, which felt completely unprofessional and dishonest. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or reliable stay.
