Landmark 81 & Vinhomes - Royal Galaxy Apartment

The accommodation was clean, but the address was inaccurate and check-in wasn’t done at a lobby; we had to call the host, which was inconvenient. As a foreigner, I couldn’t make a local landline call, so I had to wait to check in and ended up asking a stranger to make the call for me. The exact address needs to be provided.

I booked two rooms but the property got it wrong. They gave us a 2-bed 1-room unit / said they'd move us the next day. They were supposed to move us at 12, but starting at 10 they were hassling us to leave. We checked in after going back and forth, but someone else came in and they started yelling at us to get out again. When I said, "We just checked in?" they said they didn't know. They then put us on the phone with the person who handles room assignments and finally it was OK. They said the pool and gym were available, but you can't use them unless you get the card key from the owner. Apparently it's a different key from the elevator key. The most important thing: Landmark 81 is in the photos, but the place is actually an apartment complex. We mentioned two small towels missing at check-in, but for seven days they didn't read our KakaoTalk messages. Depending on the staff who greets you, you may be asked to pay a deposit. They told us to pay 1,000,000 VND, and when we said they'd give it back the next day they agreed—but they never came to collect it. Old apartment, zero maintenance. The crockery set was... well, terrible. Still, it's managed by a group so the surroundings are tidy and there's a park — that was nice. We stayed without bugs (that’s the only plus...). I don't want to stay here again. I did like that access to the building is strictly controlled with good security. If you book two or three rooms on different floors, it's very inconvenient going back and forth.

Absolutely waste of time and money

The owner is lovely and friendly. At 9:00 we stopped by to leave our luggage, but the room was ready so he let us check in early. The room was clean and modern.

First time booking a room on Airbnb and I immediately met the lovely host. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described.

It was a lovely home in a very nice and quiet area. I am very grateful that they were kind to me even though I didn’t understand.

I was very satisfied with this apartment — it was clean, the host responded very quickly and met me in the lobby. The location is very convenient for walking to the sea or going shopping.

I accidentally made a mistake with my check-in date, but the host was very flexible and helped me without any problem. Communication in English was very smooth and the host was very kind throughout. The accommodation was clean, located...
