“Bakwas”

All the reviews here are fake. The person Lokesh Meena denied the prepaid booking and told there is no booking in my name even after showing the booking ID. There is no way to reach out the customer care and I am stuck here with my baggage in the lobby at 6 AM in the morning. Lokesh Meena then gave me dirty room and denied to shift the things to room to the second floor. Worst service from Agoda and Oyo.
