“They didn't open the door even though I had booked this online and made payment already”

They didn't open the door even though I had booked this online and made payment already. The time was only 11.00 pm and the staffs were already drunk. I raised complaint to Agoda and they informed me that they will return the money but they didn't. Now the site shows that the complaint is resolved.

Staff became rude, just because I paid via Agoda, if they hate Agoda, then why list it in first place? Staff initiately denied to provide room, after arguments, he agreed to give single bed room though it was mentioned double bed in agoda
