First, the room is already nice and good, why not provide facilities like a TV? The water sometimes gets clogged and it's a bit muddy when coming out of the bathroom, a bigger mat needs to be provided.

Good Aircon very cold Quiet Location easy access to food, supermkt. Only for your luggage to sleep while I'm out most hours for meeting. Bad Very old, cheap n basic furnishing, sheets, towel with stains Room n toilet not clean. Even with daily housekeeping requested, stained sheets n towels not change.
