Hotel Okura Tokyo Bay

The bathroom was large and the shower and bathtub were separate, which was nice, but water leaked through a gap in the shower and the floor got wet and slippery. The room was spacious and comfortable. I think it would be even better if there were a play area for children in the courtyard.

Had a great time, my family can't rave enough about how this hotel met all expectations. We were able to spend long days at the parks come back soak our aching bones and hit the road again the next day. My sister left her jacket in the closet... they got the left behind item to us in less than 24Hours. Great communication and turn around time.

Amazing location, with nice ocean view.

This was our first time staying here after a day at Disney. The room was spacious, and with checkout at noon we were able to relax without rushing. I was a bit worried about the bath and toilet situation — sharing the toilet while someone was in the bath was inconvenient, so I would have preferred them to be separate — but it was nice that the shower room and bathtub were separate. They were also roomy, so we could use them without any stress. We were also there to celebrate my daughter's wedding, and the hotel left a congratulatory card in my daughters' room. I had discussed possibly arranging a cake or fruit, but since we had a restaurant reservation at Disney, we decided to stick with just the card. The hotel even included a lovely set of tea bags, which really touched my daughters. We signed up for membership during this stay, and we're talking about making this our regular hotel when we go to Tokyo Disney Resort.

While I was packing, I spilled a drink on the bedding. When I contacted the front desk, they responded immediately and staff promptly cleaned and replaced everything. After that I was able to sleep peacefully, and in the morning I enjoyed a delicious buffet—very satisfied with my stay.

Our whole family was moved 😊 I was upgraded from the original room to a higher-grade room on the top floor. The view was beautiful and we were able to relax✨ The food was the highlight!! The omelette they cooked right in front of us was fluffy and gooey, and the French toast was wonderfully soft and custardy 😊 We definitely want to go again 😊 Thank you to the staff 🙇 I’d also like to thank the male housekeeping staff. When I went out for a cigarette, even though he was cleaning, he didn’t show any displeasure and kindly let me go—thank you 🙇 You really took great care of us 😊

On the morning of the second day I requested towel replacement, and they not only changed the towels but also refreshed the bed, replaced the glasses and amenities, and cleaned everything, so I was able to enjoy a comfortable stay on the third day as well. Thank you very much. Access from Bayside Station is excellent, and I will definitely use this hotel again.
