“Adequate. Not returning.”

Liked: We like the hotel very mcuh.

Disliked: We likethe hotel very much; however, this is our second time staying there. Again, we were given the same room. The noise was terrible.

“Best location, walking access to transportation, restaurants, attractions.”

Liked: Location, walking distance to most relevant attractions.

Disliked: The keys to our room did not worked twice and had to come down to the reception to get new ones, kind of annoying.

“Not good place to stay”

Liked: Only location

Disliked: It’s not worth the money to stay there, very dark room, very thin walls, you can hear absolutely everything, towels are old. For that money it could have been a decent room.

“A Fantastic Family Stay in the Heart of Barcelona”

Liked: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Acta Atrium Palace in Barcelona. The location was excellent. Very central and convenient for getting around and exploring the city. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well maintained, but what really stood out was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We were a family of four and arrived on an early morning flight. The hotel kindly allowed us to check in early to one of our rooms, which was incredibly helpful after travelling so early and was very much appreciated. The breakfast was also fantastic, with a great choice of options to suit everyone. It was a lovely way to start the day. Overall, we had a great experience at Acta Atrium Palace and would definitely stay here again when visiting Barcelona. A big thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable!

Disliked: One small point to mention is that the double bed was actually two single beds pushed together. It was still comfortable, but a proper double mattress would have been preferable.
