Disliked: Late Check In is only tools for pushing a a visitors to pay extra

Liked: Beds were comfy

Disliked: Quite plain but fine for a couple of nights Bathroom needs some tlc, clean but tiles were grimey and a bit moldy

Liked: The hotel is kept very clean, cleaning staff very attentive Modern TV Check out process is very straightforward The location was handy for the event I was attending

Disliked: The room furnishings are extremely dated and so while the hotel is clean, the sofa and bedding looking so old and the sofa smelling a little musty gives a different impression. Separate bathroom facility even with a private room booking. Bathroom is very clean but being separate from the main room was not terribly convenient Rooms advertised as being sound proofed but could hear a lot of noise from next room and hotel workings Vending machines are cash only unless you register for an app. Reception staff polite but could be friendlier.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall room was ok. Enough for solo traveler staying only a night before catching a flight.

Brilliant location, friendly staff and very clean rooms. Highly recommend!

The room is clean and good staff.

Liked: Generally hotels were expensive at the centre of Milan were expensive but this one was affordable.I loved the location; I was able to visit the iconic Duomo twice.
