“Worst customer service”

I’ve travelled to several countries already but this hotel has the worst customer service I’ve encountered. This lady at the front desk, i think in her 40’s is so rude that it made me feel like i was begging her to do something for me.She talks sarcastically and made you feel like asking so much of her. others are okay and trying to accommodate my questions in spite of language barrier. also few days before ending our stay, i started having rashes and it was itchy. i think it was the detergent used in the bedsheets. I haven’t found any bedbugs though i didnt searched it thoroughly. the room is okay and the room is clean whenever we arrived from our tour but overall i will never go back to this hotel the next time i’ll visit taiwan. ps. the rooms have no bidet

“Fantastic Location and Unique Industrial Vibe!”

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel PaPa Whale! The hotel features a gorgeous, stylish industrial design with a spacious, relaxing lobby and very comfortable rooms. The location is an absolute win—situated right in the heart of the Wanhua District, making it super convenient to walk over to the Ximending shopping and food district, convenience stores, and nearby transport lines. The staff were accommodating, the rooms were kept spotless with daily housekeeping, and the luggage storage service made departures effortless. Highly recommended for travelers looking for great value and a unique experience in Taipei!

“Recommendation”

The room is clean, with a bit of a musty smell, but overall it's okay. The location is not far from Ximen Ding, and the accommodation is near a Starbucks. There's a Thai restaurant across the street.
