“A perfectly perfect hotel.”
It was truly an unforgettable and perfect hotel. The location, view, design, garden, food, and service were all great. I don't know when it will be, but I think I will come to Sorrento again to return to this hotel.

“nice property, poor sleep due to poor AC”
Liked: nice facility, beautiful views, great restaurant and staff
Disliked: air conditioning was terrible. ruined the stay, made nights sleeping poor and uncomfortable. hotel did little to make up for this

“Great 5 stars sea-front hotel, ideal for swimmers”
Liked: The pool and its private beach are amazing. The sea in front is warm and calm, great for fitness swimming: every afternoon I swam 2 km, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The pool is at least 20 meters long and good for lap swimming. The staff is friendly and accommodating. For example, for our train trip to Pompeii, they offered to prepare custom lunch boxes for our family. And they also coordinated private excursions to the Amalfi Coast and Paestum, which we quite enjoyed. The Bistrot menu is quite diverse and tasty. We had dinner there several days to save us some time and allow us to go to bed early to prepare for our early morning excursions.
Disliked: This applies only to me, not to my wife and 2 children: I found the mattress not firm enough, even after removing the pillow top. I'm in my mid 50s, quite healthy and athletic and at home I have an extra-firm mattress and do not have any chronic back issues. The buffet menu could be more diverse, especially regarding starters.

“Exceptional”
Liked: We liked EVERYTHING! There is not a single thing we disliked. Room spacious enough, great views, great amenities. We didn't get to use the pool but it seem great. THE BEACH WAS AMAZING! Great sunbeds and umbrellas and the beach itself was super relaxing we loved that. Breakfast was good to, great healthy options and food in general. We were able to have dinner there one night and it was extremely good. The hotel staff was amazing aswell, extremely kind, and willing to help. On a day of our stay we were going to capri for half a day and they helped us with towels and gave them in a bag, it was super useful! Also, every room has an adapter, it was very usefull because we had just lost ours.
Disliked: Nothing! Everything perfect.
