Hotel Paris Prague

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is in a good location, easy walk to the Old Town but just on the edge so a bit quieter generally - which we liked. Great cafe/bar next door that is part of the hotel. Ate here a few times as easy to get a table. Room was very comfortable, if a little warm. Nice sauna and steam room too!

We want for nothing at this hotel. Superb breakfast selection, excellent food and service as Tony's Cafe and Bar. Recommended, heartily

The hotel was one of the biggest disappointments of our trip to Prague. The photos shown on Agoda are very misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the rooms. The lobby and common areas are impressive and create the expectation of a high-quality stay, but that impression quickly disappears once you enter the room. The room was extremely small, and the bathroom was even smaller than expected. Many parts of the room looked old, worn out, and poorly maintained. While the hotel may present itself as having a classic style, there is a clear difference between "classic" and simply outdated. Unfortunately, much of what we experienced felt old rather than elegant. We were also disappointed by the handling of complimentary water. We did not receive any water on our first day. When we asked about it, we were told that water is only complimentary on the first day. However, after explaining that we had not received any on our first day, we were then told that our reservation did not include complimentary water at all. The inconsistent responses were frustrating and gave the impression that staff were not interested in resolving the issue. Overall, the hotel's appearance in the advertisements and photos is far better than the reality. The beautiful entrance and interior design cannot compensate for the very small room, the outdated condition of the facilities, and the disappointing service experience. We left feeling that the hotel did not deliver what was promised and would not choose to stay here again.

The service, location, and cleanliness really felt worthy of a five-star hotel. That said, for the price it was disappointing that the only complimentary item was a small glass of wine and that even a single bottle of water cost extra. Another hotel I was considering offered complimentary water and fruit… Still, I got to ride the old elevator, so overall I’m satisfied! This is a hotel I’d like to stay at again when I have more money to spare.

1. The metro yellow line and the tram stop Náměstí Republiky are right next to it; the yellow line E6 exit is the hotel. 2. There is a Global Blue tax refund desk inside Palladium Praha, which is directly connected via the Metro E6 exit to this shopping mall. 3. The breakfast desserts are refreshed daily.

Very nice hotel, clean rooms, pleasant and helpful staff. The entire hotel is decorated in a beautiful style with attention to detail. The rooms are very nice, clean. The hotel is right in the center, you have all the interesting places a few minutes walk away. The breakfast is very tasty. I traveled with my sister and my dog ​​and we were extremely satisfied. We definitely recommend it.

The hotel was conveniently located near major tourist attractions and stations. The interiors felt historic, which made for an enjoyable stay. Breakfast was plentiful and everything was very tasty. The room, including towels and sheets, was kept clean.

I absolutely recommend staying in Hotel Paris Prague. Beautiful art nouveau building where you can sense the history in the air! Also perfect position to get around the city center and very nice, professional staff.
