“Complaint Regarding Hotel Booking, Poor Communication, and Multiple Hotel Transfers”
I had a very bad experience with the hotel booking. I was waiting at the airport with my family for hours and repeatedly tried to contact the hotel representatives, but there was no response. After nearly two hours, I finally received a response informing me that the hotel I had booked was fully occupied and that I would be transferred to a nearby Luxury Hotel. However, upon reaching the hotel, I was transferred to yet another hotel. This was extremely frustrating and inconvenient, especially while travelling with my family. The lack of communication, poor coordination, and unprofessional handling of the booking caused unnecessary stress and wasted our valuable time. I strongly recommend improving customer service and ensuring that confirmed bookings are properly managed to avoid such situations in the future.

They confirmed booking and when you reached they says we are full they transfer the advance payed confirmed reservation client to another hotels

1) I was shifted to some other property, reason told to me that due to some issues in some rooms. 2) The alternate property was pathetic: Cockroaches in room, intercom not working, shower not working, broken TV, AC temperature settings not working, geyser not working, leaking wash basin. 3) For breakfast again i was asked to go & have it at the original property. 3) Location of both the properties is third class. Would not recommend at all.

“Great management”
Absolutely fantastic stay! The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, within walking distance to main attractions. Our room was immaculate, comfortable, and very modern. Special shout-out to Sarah at the front desk for making our check-in seamless and recommending great dinner spots. The breakfast buffet was huge and delicious. We will definitely stay here again
