“Terrible service and communication!!!”

Disliked: Construction workers was working outside our window all night and kept us up from 1am until the morning. They didn’t response when trying to talk to them and nobody at the hotel reception seemed to care about it when I was complaining about it the next day. There were nobody warning us about this construction work and everything seemed really odd! We tried to reach out for an explanation from the hotel staff but we have no response yet. I would never go back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody unless someone responsible come back with an explanation and refund our stay!!!!

“Tiny shower”

Great room but the toilet is a horror story and the shower is so small you bump the mixture tap and either scolding hot or freezing cold. Just can’t avoid it, however, great location and decent sized room otherwise.

“Perfect if only carrying a small suite case.”

Liked: Location great. Employees super. Room clean and comfortable.

Disliked: When asked about elevator there is one on the first floor after going up a small set of 10 steps to the registration desk. Then had to Lug our suitcases up 2 flights of steps.
