Never again

A budget hotel in a reasonable area. A 30 min walk to the old Centre. Room was basic but functionable. 25 min taxi to airport.

Liked: It was a nice enough Breakfast. Good Coffee. Staff was nice.

Disliked: The room was was moldy. When the AC wasn‘t on u could smell it extremely. I developed a bad cough because of it. The pictures on Booking doesn’t meet the reality at all.

Liked: The hotel is clean,polite staff,the room are big. Good location restaurantsthe beach, nice outdoor pool,you can have a drink at the pool,nice chair you can lay down. Its my second time,.

Disliked: No ventilation in the shower

Hotel Playa Club is in a prime location in Bocagrande. Stays there include free breakfast. The pool is quite nice. The rooms, however, are somewhat dated and not very well equipped. However, the experience is worth the price.

Liked: The location of this hotel, located opposite the beach towards the end of Bocagrande was good, with lots of bars/restaurants nearby (including Kiosko el Bony which is a must-visit!).

Disliked: The hotel was a little dated and could be doing with a lick of paint. However, the rooms were clean and spacious so not too big of an issue!

Liked: Very close to the shops and restaurants nearby with a pool that opens directly to the beach so you have pool and beach access which is really nice. They have a tour company that works with the hotel as well and is in the lobby so once you're settled in you can stop by and plan an itinerary! Pretty much the whole staff was so kind and helpful, very informative and attentive.

Liked: all the facilities were excellent, staff, breakfast and hotel location.

Disliked: My room was on the 3rd floor street side, too noisy until 2 am and the restaurants on the other side of the street had large and bright publicity signs that are lit up all night long. i did asked to be changed to a different room but no one followed up with the request. i would return to the hotel but to a different room.
