Grand Hotel Plaza

Liked: The location was close to everything we wanted to see. The rooms were beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. We heard very little noise from the outside.

Disliked: The shower was strangely tiny. Once you got in there was no room to turn around.

Liked: Location it was perfect 5 to 10 minutes walk to most of landmarks

Disliked: I book as a king bed but they put two singel bed and every night i try to fix my bed

I book room for terrace they give me nothing

Liked: Food and drinks in the hotel we're very expensive. service wad poor and quite slow. Furniture in our room was beautiful. Ability to sit on terrace outside.

Disliked: Needed to request more coffee. Not automatically replenished on a daily basis. Shower was extremely small.

Liked: Perfect location..nice big rooms

Disliked: Needs a lot of repairs

Liked: The building is stunning but it is very dated. The location is the best and staff are friendly but they do nothing.

Disliked: The rooms were very dated. Sockets did not work. There were no tissues in the room, I asked the receptionist twice and the room cleaner and nothing! There were restaurants that made so much noise at 6:30 am. It is very expensive but the service was so terrible.

Liked: Comfortable and really close to shops

Disliked: Too old, not well maintained. A leak occurred during our stay, just outside our door.

Disliked: The bathtub was leaking and the shower box was small
