“Old and bad air-conditioning”
Was just too hot and old style controller wasnt working. Even the public areas were way too hot.Bed was uncomfortable and pillows had seen bett4t days i think. Staff were just ok. No coffee machine. I would try somewhere different next time Breakfast offering was good.

“A beautiful hotel full of history.”
The hotel has a long history, and although it’s old, that’s exactly what makes it so charming and elegant. I absolutely love its antique atmosphere. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I visit! There weren’t many reviews from Koreans, so I was worried at first, but it’s truly a beautiful hotel. The location is good and, above all, the staff are really friendly.

“An expensive hotel for sure but i've always enjoyed staying there.”
Liked: Breakfast was really good but a bit too expensive in my opinion Rooms were a good size and very well cleaned every day Location was good. Lobby bar was nice
Disliked: Service in the lobby bar by one or two of the younger staff members in the evening could have been better. Sometimes it was difficult to catch their attention even when the bar was almost empty!

“Excellent”
Liked: Close to central train station so access to public transport is fabulous. Complimentary drinks vouchers for two were very much appreciated on check in… Room was well appointed and comfortable.

“Very good”
Liked: Staff, great atiitude.
Disliked: Air conditioning, shower hardware - could use more modern upgrade. Also description states that hotel is in the old town, which turned out not to be the case, it was not in the old town and required 35-45 min walk to get there.
