Hotel Reina Isabel

Disliked: City noise was the worst I've ever experienced. I've traveled to many cities throughout the world (e.g., NYC, Los Angeles, Chicago, Milan, Tokyo). It woke me up at 7AM. My boyfriend had trouble falling asleep because of it. I also was disturbed in the morning by tons of noise in the hallway. The pillows were very uncomfortable. They felt like the pillows you can get at Walmart for $3.

Liked: Big, quite usefull gym, nice breakfast

Liked: The hotel is in a decent enough neighborhood with large, well-ventialted and sunlit rooms. Breakfast includes enough choices and options to satisfy most preferences.

Disliked: Desk area and seating allow no use of the TV monitor except as a tv to be seen only from the bed. It was also a bit difficult finding a temperature balance for sleeping, but that probably has more to with us having arrived from Medellin Colombia where the night time temps are perfect.

Liked: Location and price

Disliked: Standard rooms don't have AC. We upgrades to a suite with AC and a Jacuzzi for $20

Liked: Loft room was incredible. I very much enjoyed the jacuzzi.

Disliked: The front desk didn't help me with a late checkout. I had a late flight and just wanted to hang in my room until my ride to the airport.

Liked: The staff were very friendly.

Liked: Very friendly staff, always had a clean comfortable room to return to. I really enjoyed the location, close walking distance to the park and restaurants.

Disliked: The WiFi was very challenging, I was consistently knocked off while trying to work on my computer.

Liked: Central location, nice neighborhood. Staff were excellent.
