It is a great location for pre-cruise hotel.

Liked: I enjoyed the location of the hotel being amongst so much history. The staff were also extremely nice, helpful, and accommodating.

Liked: Location is great. We had a junior king suite overlooking the bay. Nice view. The pool was great. The staff was accommodating and responsive when we needed anything. Extra bedding for example. Bed was very comfortable. My sister even wanted to know the brand to possibly pur have one. Pillows also. Nice layout with tv in each room. Just wish the bedroom had a door. Truly a studio room. I got a good price by going back and checking to see if prices dropped. They do. So check often.

Disliked: Tha a/c worked great but blowed in your face all night making sleep difficult. You can see in the picture the vent to the left of the television blows directly at the bed and down. No way to adjust the blower. We stayed 2 nights but there was no cleaning service the 2nd day. This was my 2nd stay at this hotel and 2nd time at Kuetos restaurant. My sister had the guava ribs. They were tough. I had one and concur. I had corn fritters or whatever they're called. Basically $14 for a cut up ear of corn. SIL had their version of crab rangoon and enjoyed it. I had one, not as crispy and large as I would expect. Garlic mashed potatoes were good. Even after we clised the check and asked for the bill the waiter appeared too busy setting up other tables to be bothered. I had to get up and go get the checkout for the restaurant. We probably didn't have a high enough bill to satisfy his needs. I don't know. Had empenadas at cafe. Staff was great, food was good. Bathroom shower worked well. Toilet paper holder is too far from the toilet. No faceclothes, 2 hand towels and 4 bath towels for 3 people for 2 days. We got extra towels from the pool after we realized the room wasn't getting cleaned for the day. We didn't change the happy face on the front of the room. I would still expect service unless specifically declined. Closet is adequate but hangers bumpagainst the bach of the wall either because it's not deep enough or the hang rod is too close to the back.

Liked: Customer care was excellent. Very nice and attentive.

Disliked: The parking is very expensive, and the food is not consistence at the dinner time. The shower floor didn't have a mat and was slippery.

Liked: Very friendly
