Hotel Schild

Liked: The only i line was the proximity to my children's school. We were new in Vienna and looking for accommodation in that area

Disliked: The room was dirty. We stayed a long time and moved rooms about three times. The rooms do not get cleaned unless you put up the notice and even at that, all that the cleaners do is to remove trash and change towels. If you are not there to request, there is no cleaning of the floor. The toilets never got cleaned for a stay of two weeks in one room. Unfortunately, my kids went to school and i went to work, so we are never there to make a request for the cleaning. I had to buy my own cleaning stuff. There was 3 days during the last part of the stay that we did not have hot water at all even though the weather was cold

This hotel is very nice to stay. You will feel at home.

Liked: Cleanliness and peacefulness.

Disliked: Everything was just very good.

Liked: Nothing

Disliked: Shower was broken Air conditioner

Ein fabelhaftes Hotel mit allem Komfort und unglaublichen Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

Liked: It was so comfortable, clean and nice place to stay.

Disliked: We requested for a bit early checking in, as I was accompanied by my kids, however, the owner didn’t allow and was very very strict to the rules. I understand that the checkin time is given, however, there is factor of being a good host and good human and sometimes can agree on early checked in. Me and my kids wait until checkin time meet. Very disappointed with this.

Liked: The rooms and garden

Disliked: Away from the city center

Liked: Great location, comfortable rooms, helpful staff. We had everything we needed.

Disliked: How to use the room codes could be explained before arrival, wifi code should also not be a secret:)
