“Seoul 2026”

The hotel was clean, accessible, and comfortable. The staff were accommodating and even allowed us to check in early and check out late, which made our stay much more convenient. We really appreciated their flexibility and hospitality. Overall, a great experience and a place we would gladly recommend!

“I would still stay in this hotel. They are reliable getting taxi transport to the airport.”

Liked: We did not try breakfast. This time we were accommodated with a room upgrade to a triple since our original rm during oct 8-10 was disappointing due to size and AC not so cold. This nxt stay is excellent and comfortable. Mr Shin was nice to make us feel better. He gave us nicer and more spacious rooms this time. Pillows are so soft and relaxing.

Disliked: Coffee n tea freebies should include sugar n creamer. No disposable laundry bags

“Unacceptable A/C issues and a frustrating 5-night stay”

Our 5-night stay was ruined by a hot room and ineffective A/C. We called the front desk every night to report the issue. While maintenance came up a couple of times (changing filters on night one and inspecting it on night two), nothing fixed the problem. On the fourth night, staff acknowledged that other guest rooms were complaining about the heat as well, but still no real action was taken. It was colder outside than in our room. Offering us one tiny fan on our final night after six nights of complaints was too little, too late. Very disappointing management and service.
