Hotel Sopot

All was good except for the evening reception staff support. Our official reservation had a different check-out time, but the receptionist said the hotel now has a different policy and did not offer any alternative options at all! This is not the standard expected from a 4-star hotel. We were quite disappointed. During check-out, we had to wait approximately 20 minutes due to the high number of guests going through the process. Another receptionist during check out said that there were no problem with our check out hrs and tried to help to resolve the situation, but is was too late. But in general- nice hotel, unexpected awesome breakfast.

Fantastisk opphold. Nydelig hotell og fantastiske omgivelser. Nydelig strand og Molo. Rent og pent overalt.

They made great use of the potential of this place. Starting with the location where there is silence and relaxation but you are right on the beach where there are crowds. Luxury rooms in a modern style. Cool restaurant lounges for evening rest, well-developed outdoor areas. I recommend it, we will definitely come back there.

When they have some event organisation nobody cares if the rest of the guests are disturbed after midnight or even at 02:36. Rooms are small and decoration very poor. Very simple small bathroom and not even a regular shower cabin but just a glass separator. Breakfast was good, not the best but far above average. All the staff very nice and helpful.
