They dont clean your room. If you need so then you need to pay. They dont change your towel as well else you pay.

We stayed for 4 nights and unfortunately had several major issues that significantly affected our stay. The biggest concern was the sofa beds. There appeared to be bed bugs on the sofa beds, which seriously disturbed our stay. Both of our children were badly affected by bites. We also found one of the sofa beds had a stain and dirt on the bedding/mattress area when we prepared it ourselves. Other issues: Laundry facilities: The laundry machines did not work for the first two days, and with only one dryer available, there were significant waiting times. No room service/housekeeping: During our 4-night stay, there was no room cleaning or towel replacement. By the end of the stay, the room and towels had become quite dirty. We found it unusual that room service/cleaning is an additional charge especially for 4 night stay. TV: There was no Smart TV or Chromecast facility. For a family travelling with children, this was disappointing, particularly given the price of the accommodation. When I called to ask whether the TV supported Chromecast or Netflix, the response from staff was quite blunt and not particularly helpful. Sofa beds not properly prepared: The sofa beds were not fully made up when we arrived. We had to remove and arrange the sheets ourselves, which is when we noticed the stain and dirt. What we did like Excellent location with convenient access to attractions, public transport and plenty of food options. Bercy Village is charming and a pleasant area to stay. Breakfast was decent. Some members of staff were polite and helpful. Overall, the location is excellent, but the cleanliness issues—particularly the suspected bed bugs and condition of the sofa beds—were a major concern for our family. Given the price we paid, we expected a considerably better standard of cleanliness, housekeeping and service.

It is our second time sraying at Adagio. It has all the facilities and near metro and bus. Next time will definitely stay again

The room bathroom smells of old building including bathroom. The elevator is old. The cleanliness is 2 of 5. The curtain is dusty and facilities are old. The bedsheet is clean or not, I am not sure.

So glad we booked this hotel. The studio is very spacious, even has a full bathtub! It is well-equipped and comfortable. The location is unbeatable. Very close to Metro line 14 and the neighbourhood is a lovely pedestrian only area. The only gripes are the blackout curtains inexplicably only close halfway, so it's too bright in the morning. Also the AC is not very cold.

We lived in Adagio apart hotel for 8 nights from July 25 to August 2, 2026. Our experience was excellent. Location is Bercy near the Bercy Village and Bercy park. It is very convenient: a lot of shops and cafes even cinema. Metro is Cour St.Emilion, 5 min from the hotel. Large payable parking is also near the hotel. Our apartments were at the 6th floor with a nice panoramic view to Pl. des Vins de France and Bercy Village. Everything we need were in the aparts: two beds with convenient matrasses; an iron and an ironing board; a table, a chair and an armchair; fully equipped kitchen with a microwave oven, an electric oven, a dishwasher, and a fridge; bathroom is clear and in a good working conditions; shelfs for clothes are near the door and we have a large wardrobe; two towels per each person and a foot towel. Services were excellent: we have two cleanings per 8 nights; non-stop drinking water; lemons every day and even a pie on some days. Breakfast is optional. We took it twice and it was delicious. Cost is €19. Staff was very pleasant and solve every problem we have. If you book via Agoda, you will pay a city tax at the hotel. €8.45/night per adult from 18 years. My son lost his bag in the Hotel lobby. When we check in, he forgot to bring the bag to the room and left it on the sofa lobby where he was playing. At night, we just relaised the bag was missing. So we ask the reception and obviously the bag was not in the lobby anymore and not in the storage room too. So, we ask for the cctv. Later that day, the manager only put words in the reception that he didn’t see the bag. And he didn’t even bother to explain and give solution for us, as if he did not care. It’s a pity, because inside the bag was a new Camera my son just bought. So, be careful for your belongings here.

This is my second time staying here. It isn’t the best option if you’re looking for a luxurious vacation stay, but it offers good value for the money. The room has everything I need, and the location makes it easy to get around Paris and Orly Airport quickly.
