“DONT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL 🛑🚨”

Staying here was a complete nightmare. Before i even arrived, the on-call response from the staff was incredibly rude and hostile when they called to ask if i checking in. To make matters worse, there is no free Wi-Fi offered, which is pathetic for a hotel today. Once i checked in, things got even nastier. The room smelled absolutely disgusting no proper lighting, and the hot water facility was totally non-existent and for sleeping perpous they didn't proper blanket & bedsheet, so i couldn't even wash off the filth. lazy staff gave us some pathetic excuse about it being "in the laundry," and said they couldn't do anything about it. Breakfast was an absolute scam. I sat down at the downstairs restaurant only to be told no complimentary food for online bookings-a complete bait-and-switch. When we asked for basic coffee or tea, they refused to serve me because the "master" who prepares the coffee was on leave! Unbelievable. The rest of the clueless staff doesn't even know how to make a basic cup of coffee. They literally told us to leave the hotel and get coffee outside. Total scam, foul- smelling rooms, broken amenities, zero free Wi-Fi, and clueless, aggressive staff. Do not spend a single cent here.

“Nice and budget friendly stay”

It was good to stay with family. Only drawback is hot water not available for bath when we went and they said maintenance. They should normally arrange alternatives for this kind of cases. Rest are fine
