“Enjoyed the timeless historical charm.”

Liked: We were provided with an upgraded, spacious room with a balcony surrounded by greenery. I like the vibe in the hotel. Easy access to Kandy town and the Temple of the Tooth.

Disliked: The bathroom floor water is not draining properly. The spread of the breakfast. Dusty floor in the room.

“Fantastic Classic Stay”

I’ve wanted to stay at this hotel for a long time. Its history and colonial charm ALONE are enough to book. The staff were exceptionally kind and proactive. I’d recommend Hotel Suisse to anyone.

“Amazing hotel with excellent staff!”

We stayed for 6 nights at Hotel Suisse Kandy and absolutely loved our stay. Our room was lovely, the bed was comfortable, and the balcony spacious with a nice view. All of the staff were wonderful and over our six days we got to know some of the staff and really appreciated the professional services from Minon, Achini, Tiara, Hemanth, and Sasanga. Thanks you all for an amazing 6 days! We hope to come back and see you all again!

“Good”

Relaxing laidback hotel 10 minutes walk away from town centre. Good variety choice of breakfast. Kandy town itself is constantly traffic congested, even the road surrounding the Kandy lake.

“Birthday getaway”

A very special and memorable stay. We were upgraded to a beautiful room. The staff organised a birthday cake, which was really tasty. All staff were kind and helpful with attention to detail. We enjoyed all meals, the breakfast menu was extensive and lots of fresh options. There was regular entertainment in the evening. The pool was relaxing and refreshing. My spa treatment was also very goodandprofessional. I'd definitely stay again. Thanks for all of the extras.

“Excellent stay with nostalgic feeling”

We are glad that we chosen the property for the stay in Kandy. Every aspect of the hotel was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was also lovely. The hotel boasts significant historical value and has successfully preserved its historical ambiance. The restaurant was pleasant, though the live station service could be quicker. I highly recommend this hotel.
