Hotel Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku

We had a wonderful stay here, communication was good, the room was comfortable, location is good. The hotel is slightly older however very well maintained. The airport limousine bus departing directly from the hotel was a big selling point for us, however we did not realise that the last bus departed the hotel at 5.55pm which meant we had to leave so early for our midnight flight. Also it's shower over bath which could be inconvenient for older people. Overall a good stay.

This is an economy hotel having said that if you want to be in the heart of Shinjuku, you can’t be in a better hotel everything you need is there it’s just economy if you want luxury this is the wrong place for you, but if you wanna economy in great value in a secure hotel, this place is great. Wi-Fi is phenomenal hot water, great and pressure laundry machines that wash and dry and put in the soap automatically amenities that you use like soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, all in all the rooms are small, but it’s great value for the money.

Staffs are nit friendly. Rooms are small but location wise, it’s very convenient.

Hotel located at great location and great service

Staff is friendly and located near sub way

Location can't be faulted — it's about a 4-minute walk from Shinjuku South Exit. The room is quite small; a 27-inch suitcase can just be opened (but then you can't open the mini-fridge). Downside: some rooms have film applied to the windows, so you can't see outside from the room, only let light through. Combined with the small size, it feels quite claustrophobic.

Not value for money

Convenience and clean Hotel air con need to improve for room 539..abit hot for 2 person and cannot adjust temperature
