“Beautiful Seoul Hotel”
Slightly off the main street which is calming after a busy day exploring. Very accessible to bus, subway, convenience stores, and restaurants. Easily located by food delivery services. Staff are always present, polite and professional. Facilities are clean and beautiful. Close to many of the popular tourist sites without being in the centre of the craziness. Washer and dryer, full fridge, induction burners, microwave/oven. I would stay here again.

“Exceptional”
The room is nice and spacious for three of us. Although I find it odd that there’s cooktop but there’s no cookware provided. Overall the stay was nice and comfortable.

Disliked: There is a slight musty/mildew smell coming from my washing machine, and it's especially noticeable in the Clothing Styler. Need the better maintenance.

“Disinfectant smell in the room”
We first got assigned on the 7th floor, the room is directly facing a residential building and has a strong disinfectant smell, so we asked the front desk to switch us to another floor. We then got assigned to the 18th floor, the view is no longer blocked but a construction site was very close by so it was loud if had the window open. When sleeping at night, there was a faint disinfectant smell inked out, with or without the fan and AC on. It kept me awake at night so had to open the window. But the construction site was also loud with the window open, so we didn't get a good sleep.

“Please fix elevators”
Great place to stay! One comment is to fix the elevators, we were on the top floor and had to wait 10 mins every day to go up and down, I think the programming was defective, it would stop on floors where no one was there.

“Not bad - They almost have it right”
Overall, my wife and I enjoyed our stay at this property. It is kept fairly clean, there is a washing machine in th e room along with a sink, stove and microwave that we did not use. Daily restock of items like toilet tissue was inconsistent, having to chase down housekeeping to obtain supplies. Lighting is okay over the bed, but no lighting in the kitchen area or over the desk, so that was strange and kind of annoying. Towel hangers (only one) in the bathroom are inadequate. It looks like there had been another on the wall, based on the residue/plaster that perhaps was broken off, but never replaced. Also only a few coat hangers were provided so you will be living out of your suitcases. That all being said, the bed was comfortable for us and the basic level of cleanliness were good. Staff were all friendly and helpful although the housekeeping staff need better training and checklists. We would probably not stay here again unless it was the best priced option for a decent hotel.
