Liked: The location, breakfast, view, cleanliness was amazing! The variety of breakfast was outstanding. The location was near everything needed and also not too busy. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

Liked: The cleanliness, the staff, location. Nello was a superb staff member who was extremely kind and helpful

Liked: The rooms were clean and modern and well air-conditioned. The pool area was also clean, and the bar staff at breakfast and around the pool were very friendly.

Disliked: There is a limited amount of sunbeds, so if you don’t decide to go to the pool in the morning you are unlikely to get a spot. The breakfast is quite basic. There was a water issue during our stay, and there was no communication or reassurance around this. This was on our last day so we were concerned about being able to have showers etc, and when asked if we could keep the room longer or perhaps use another room this was shutdown.

Liked: Stayed a few nights and would happily come back. The whole place feels fresh and new — bright, colourful design that reads really clean and modern. Our room was spacious with two balconies (yes, two) looking out over the bay, which was a lovely surprise. The location is spot on: right at the quiet end of Corso Italia, so you're a step away from the crowds but still walkable to everything in the centre — we got around entirely on foot. Staff were friendly and efficient, and handled our check-in and check-out smoothly even though both landed at awkward late-night/early hours. Breakfast was included and good quality, if not exceptional. A really nice touch: the kitchen sent up a small birthday cake without us having mentioned anything beforehand, which made it feel genuine. Rooms were cleaned properly throughout.

Disliked: A few honest minor things: it's close to the road so you occasionally notice it, though the soundproofing is good and the traffic isn't too bad. You can't turn off the balcony lights at night (fine if you close the curtains, but I like waking up with the sun). And the rooftop pool is a bit small for the size of the hotel — probably banking on most guests preferring the sea — so just go in with the right expectations.
