“A lovely old style Venizian hotel in a quiet area away from the crowds.”

Liked: The area is very nice, away from the tourist crowds and more genuine. As long as you don't mind walking a bit to get around, which is actually the point of being in Venice.

Disliked: The temperature in our room was a bit too high. We tried to lower it, and so did the staff, but it didn't work so we opened the windows which we shouldn't have since we had mosquitos during night.

“All you need for a memorable stay in Venice”

Liked: The hotel was absolutely fantastic - very cozy, well situated, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent. We will definitely be coming back!

Disliked: Perhaps, offering complimentary slippers would be helpful, but not a big deal - we loved everything!

“A long way to the Top … 67 stairs”

Liked: Staff was great…

Disliked: We were in the apartment 5 floors or 67 steps up. We were traveling with full baggage. Was horrible when there was no elevator. The view was amazing.

“Hotel Tiziano provides excellent accommodation and value in Venezia.”

Liked: Hotel Tiziano was an excellent place to stay for our visit to Venice. The room was attractive, very clean and comfortable, and had an excellent private bathroom. The bed was comfortable as well, and all facilities were very clean and well maintained. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, and provided excellent service and assistance throughout our stay. The breakfasts were very good, with a variety of excellent choices. Location was very quiet and convenient, with easy access to the urban (vaporetto) system.

“No Air Conditioning!!”

We went October 2026 and it was still very warm. They would not turn on the AC. So we had to sleep with the windows open. I got over 40 mosquito bites since the windows were open. Front desk staff was very rude. Only good thing was the nice peaceful location. A lot of locals and not a lot of tourists in the area.
