Liked: Rimaldo the hotel manager was fantastic, very attentive. Hotel was clean, incredible views from room of mountains. Comfortable and clean beds. Breakfast was fresh and good. Had dinner at restaurant and this was also a 10/10. Highly recommend staying here.

Liked: Staff here are very responsible and friendly -- we run into some initial issues with room assignment due to a booking reservation bug, but the staff at reception were very kind and did all they can to help us resolve the problem. We had a great stay here and are grateful for their kindness and help.

Liked: The service was great and the staff went above and beyond our expectations. They helped us arrange transportation through a taxi service for our trip to Machu Picchu and touring Sacred Valley. Thanks to the great hotel service, we had a great stay!

Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was I tried to pay for dinner one night with a credit card, which we had done every other night with no problem. However, the host said they would charge it to my room. However, I wasn't charged for the meal at checkout either. Then, a couple of days later, I got a message to pay for the meal. So, I had to go through a slightly inconvenient process of transferring the money to the hotel owner's bank account. Also, the hotel seems understaffed at times as the host was in the kitchen a lot and it took a while to receive our dinner that night. Every other night, the dinner didn't take too long to be served.

Liked: The staff was great and really helpful, they assisted us in the arrival and departure. The beds were great, comfortable and the breakfast complete and delicious.

Disliked: A few minor repairs can be done in the bathroom - there isn’t enough hangers for the towels and shelves.

Liked: Quaint and cozy. The courtyard is very relaxing restaurant serves good food, breakfast is great. Gri can arrange your tour and transportationin sacred Valley really cheap and even make last minute changes.

Liked: Everything about Valle Del Sol is amazing! The owner of Valle Del Sol is very kind, professional and accommodating, and his staff are all incredibly supportive with anything you need. Simply put, we were treated like family. The breakfast is excellent and we ate dinner at the hotel restaurant every night because it is so good. Highly recommend Valle Del Sol to everyone because of its location in Sacred Valley that puts you between Cusco and Machu Picchu. Valle Del Sol in Urubamba is a great place to acclimate to the higher altitude and there are many places to explore in Sacred Valley with archaeological sites, 2,000 year old salt mining terraces, llama wool farms and cool towns to explore. The location in Urubamba also serves as a good hub for a day trips to Machu Picchu, Cusco and Rainbow Mountain that were all incredible. Not to mention the breathtaking scenery and landscape of Urubamba. Highly recommend Valle Del Sol to everyone!

Liked: Oh my! Where to start! This hotel is a gem! The rooms are lovely, the location and views of the mountains from your window is spectacular. You feel like you can open your window, reach out and be touching the enormous mountains beside you! The hotel is fairly new! The owner and staff were very accommodating. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. They provide heaters for cool evenings. My dinner was excellent. Great variety. The owner arranged an excellent private driver for me. Perfect personality accompaniment. The rate through booking.com was unbelievably low. I seriously can’t find one bad thing to tell you. Honestly, if it’s available- BOOK IT!
